Llanowar Elves type is fastest, but awkward if your opponents play a lot of boardwipes. What kind you go for depends a bit on your group and how their decks play. ] ] ] ] type ramp, ] ] ] ] (and the UB and UG versions) and ] type ramp and ] ] and ] type ramp all have their place and can provide their own power. ] is a Muldrotha mainstay card for exactly these reasons.
In Commander, having creatures get a little bigger or gaining a little life is far less important than playing cards like ] ] ] or ] that produce ongoing value for every turn it's out (you run Tatyova already which is a great example of this) or cards that provide immediate value from entering the battlefield like ] ] ] ] ] etc like Gray Merchant, Reclamation Sage, and Fleshbag Marauder do. You want higher average card quality, so try to cut back cards that target a single creature with a minor effect and creatures that just have a keyword like Lifelink or Deathtouch. You're running a bunch of cards that are great in 1v1 20-life Magic that suffer a lot in the transition to 4-player 40-life magic- stuff like Spontaneous Mutation and Vampiric Link and Harvester Troll and Marrow Chomper.
